A Really Long Entry Pt. 2
222.2 lbs. What a glorious sight to behold! I love my scale! :) Anyway, today I gave myself a makeover. Well, not a huge one just a little more attention than usual. I gave myself a salon style blow drying, you know the kind that makes your hair soft and poofy, waxed my stache and unibrow, put on a nice lip moisturizer, and finished up the whole ordeal with some lip glaze. I look beautiful if I do say so myself!
221.6 lbs this morning. So far I've lost a pound a day. Yeppers. It's pretty coolio, my mom and sister have both said that you can tell I've lost weight. Mmmm, compliments!
PRIVATE MOMENT PLEASE!!!
Alright people, explain to me why I'm horny all of a sudden? I need an explanation for this!
It's driving me nuts because I'm riding around with my mom thinking "I can have sex with that guy. I can have sex with that guy, too. And that guy!" it's really getting me down down down! I feel like a perv-O also because I've adopted a "Bang 'em n' Leave 'em" policy. Who am I? Tiger Woods? (yuk yuk yuk. I know it's old.) Anyway, thanks for taking that moment to listen. This has been another Private Moment. Brought to you by: Viagra, "if you can't get your wang to stand at attention, Viagra can take it to a whole 'nother dimension."
220.6 lbs! I'm almost out of the 20's! soon I'll be in the teens! and how amazing will THAT be?! I'll tell you, FRIGGIN' amazing. *Sigh* Well, after I lose this weight Ladies and Gentlemen, I'll be blogging about something else. What? I'll tell you 'what', my attempts to snag Shaun "Red Zeppelin" White (RUN SHAUN RUN!!! *screams of terror*) bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! nobody will be safe from the insanely horny libido of SARAH!!! *dramatic opera music begins playing* speaking of dramatic opera music playing, has anyone else seen those SUPER dramatized National Guard commercials they play before the movie? Oh my gosh, they start out cool but eventually you're like, "Come on! ARMY doesn't make this long of a commercial! don't tell me THIS is the movie I came to see!" But, I love our soldiers, airmen, marines, and sailors. They've got a lot more bravery than I do. Protectors of Liberty, Freedom, and citizens of the United States of America, Rock, Rock ON!
219.8 lbs! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!! *girlish squeal* I'm in the teens I'm in the teens! I can't believe this! I'm soooooo happy grandpappy!!
But, in other news, I feel really weird because I'm only hungry in the morning and at dinner. I'm not snackish and I'm not hungry at lunch. I actually feel so full that I feel as if I'll explode when I eat another bite. And I'm not eating big breakfasts, one egg and 3 slices of turkey bacon. I don't know what to do.
219.0! I feel like an accomplishment. I feel so awesome and spectacular. Only, I'm not poo-ing again. :( I need to do something about that. BUT! here's some fabulous news! last night we stayed up late watching "Looney Tunes" and a bag of peanut M&M's sat RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME the entire night and I didn't eat a one! I've conquered my weakness! I've slayed the sweet tooth! I AM IRON MAN! na na na na na naa naan naan na! Okay, maybe I'm not Iron Man. But I feel awesome that I've done that.
I jumproped today for 7 minutes. I haven't jumproped in months, even then it wasn't for 7 minutes. OKAY! I almost forgot! yesterday while at Wal*Mart I purchased the latest issue of "Fitness" magazine and let me tell YOU! they showed me tons of moves to work on my tummy and Bingo Arm, and introduced me to the love of my life, "So you think you can dance: Cardio Funk" DVD that sounds so awesome it's going to implode all over the magazine!! I'll have to rent that from the library OR knuckle down and buy it. Another thing is this, I applied at my favorite fashion store "Cato's" and I'm hoping I'm hired at this one right by me because it's less than 500 feet from a "Club Fitness" and my thinking is this: If I am hired at said Cato's, I can maybe stay an hour after and exercise at the gym! and since I can't go in before noon (due to school) I can still do my "SYTYCD: Cardio Funk" in the morning! hooray!
Well, anyway schmole's it sounds good to me. And if I work on my birthday I can go waltzing into my work 70 pounds lighter saying "Happy Birthday to Sexy me! Happy Birthday to Sexy me! Happy Birthday to Super Sexy Meeee! Happy Birthday to Sexy Me! I'm still hor-neeeee!"
Yep. Then after I'm 170 lbs. I'll begin my decline to 145 and be (if it's possible) even sexier! I know what you're thinking "You're the least sexy person I know! you smell like B.O. and have ketchup stains all over your shirt!"
But, I protest, those are Sexy ketchup stains! meeow! (I'm really sorry! I'm not in total control of this entry!)
Anyhoo, sorry you were sexually harassed by me again. I'll inform the police for you.
220.4 lbs. Aye Caramba! what did I do wrong? it's not muscle because I measured myself and I'm still the same. What to do? What to do? I requested the "SYTYCD: Cardio Funk" from ye olde Library. I can't wait 'til it arrives! I want to dance! DANCE!
Sorry guys it's been a few days since I last checked in. I'm 219.2 lbs. Last I checked in I was 220.4 so, I've gone down. Tomorrow is the first of March and I'm excited to start my new 4 month weight loss plan. Hopefully I'll have a lower number to write down on the calendar.
And I did! 218.6 lbs! woot! my goal is 205 at the end of this month AND I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO ACCOMPLISH SAID TASK. And I ain't lyin'! I'm hoping my SYTYCD DVD comes in tomorrow. I want to dance my lil' pants off.
Well, sorry blog readers, I haven't written in since the 5 th and it is now St. Patrick's Day.
Happy Saint Patty's Day!!
Here's what I've been doing:
1st, SYTYCD: Cardio Funk AND Tone n' Groove was fun and awesome, I loved learning all the dance moves and then trying them out in the "Real world" but it was $17 for one DVD. I don't want to spend that much just yet. Plus it was only 3 workouts and I'd rather pay $17 for a DVD with say, 6 or 7 workouts.
Anyway, here's what ended up happening, my local Wal*Mart was having a sale on exercise DVD's and after digging through all the Pussycat Doll Workout DVD's I finally found one worth doing! Biggest Loser: Cardio Max! then, since it was a sale, I bought Power Sculpt, Weight loss Yoga, the Firm 500 calorie workout, and Biggest Loser: LAST CHANCE workout.
They are all very awesome, at the end you feel worked out but not soo exhausted that you can't lace up your own boots. Best $30 I ever spent.
The Firm 500 calorie workout is FUN! but, it requires good co-ordination which I don't feature so I end up doing weird versions of what they're doing. It's awesome.
The 4 Biggest Loser DVD's I own are fabulous. I love telling people that I got up and trained with Bob Harper or I just finished working out with Jillian Michaels. It makes you feel like you can accomplish this goal but, on that note, for some reason today I feel like I'm just kidding myself about this 205 at the end of March. I think it's because I'm 222.0 :(. I've got 14 days left in this month, I can work hard and lose at least 10. That would be glorious. From this moment forward I'm going to be more concious about what I'm eating.
Hopefully, next time I log in, I'll be at least 210.
Good morning, it is April 12th, 2010 and well, I didn't reach my goal for March. However, I'm embarking on a challenge that I encourage you to do as well!
See, it's 13 weeks until my 18th birthday (whoopwhoop) and I'm going to see how much weight I can lose in 12 weeks by doing this routine:
Monday
BL(Biggest Loser) Last Chance Workout
CardioMax
Tuesday
BL Last Chance Workout
500 Calorie Workout
Wednesday
BL Last Chance Workout
CardioMax
Powersculpt
Thursday
BL Last Chance Workout
500 calorie workout
Powersculpt
Friday
BL Last Chance Workout
500 calorie workout
CardioMax Level 2
Saturday
BL Last Chance Workout
(Slot open for whatever I feel like doing)
Yeppers, that's my goal. See, my "Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout" says that I can drop 30 pounds in 6 weeks. Hubba-wha?! if I do that I'll be 195 half way through May so, I thought "What's 30 lbs. from 195?" after doing some really slow math the result was 165. "165?!?!? that's 5 lbs. LESS than my goal weight! BOOYAH!" Then I got to thinking about something else....diet. Right now my diet is, crappy to say the least. I need to work on "cleansing" my system. More so, training my brain differently. And I remembered how good I felt on the "Idiot-Proof Diet", I felt so light and airy all the time and literally didn't crave excess carbs or sugar. SO, to make this long story short (too late!) I'm going to see how much weight I lose in 6 weeks doing the BL: LCW and going on the IPD (Idiot-Proof Diet). Then after my decline to 165, I begin my further decline to 145 where I'll be right smack in the middle of my perfect weight chart.
Holy Smokes! Can you feel the energy?! LET'S GET IT ON! Not sexually (although...maybe...) but PHYSICALLY! (which can still be sexually).
Woo! I'm hyped!:)
I already started today as it is the first day of my twelve weeks. And, well, do you remember said Adam? (See "A Really Long Entry pt. 1") Well, ho, ho, I'm going to try and ensnare him in my lady claws! RA ha ha ha ha ha! yes, I know you've just gotten back from reading the entry and you're thinking "HIM? Why on Earth?" I'll tell you why, that boy be HAW-T! yes, I used GhettoTalk. Anyway, the reason is, Adam liked me when I was chunky (175-190) and was really nice about everything he did. But, another reason is, THAT BOY BE HOT! I could probably fry bacon on him he's so sizzlin'! and most likely he knows that, hmmm, so that means I'm gonna have to really work on my stylin' before trasping over to him and saying quite plainly
"You, Me, Room 202. I'll let you connect the dots." and if he's the same Adam, He'll show up with a Star Wars sleeping bag and his toothbrush ready to have a hotel sleepover. Yeah, sensual. And I'll drool over him as he tucks and untucks his pajama shirt into his pants and I'll bat my eyes as he adjusts his sleeping bag like a KA-Jillion TIMES!
*silent scream inside of me*
Ahem, sorry. Anyway, underlining goal I want you to take from this is.....6 week pound droppage. Okay.

Update
I apologize for not being on here regularly. I will not be able to continuously write entries until our Internet is hooked up. I have been writing them though. AND! my current weight is 230.8!! So, sometime after Christmas I'll be able to upload all my entries from days past.
Thanks for sticking with me, I really hate not being able to check in. I'm currently using my fantastic library's computer. So, look for the new entries coming soon.
Thank You!

Trials and Tribulations
I counted on my fingers, 6 am to 8 am is two hours, then 2pm to 3 pm is one hour, and finally 5 pm to 7 pm, two more hours.
"Five hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Two hours on Tuesday and Thursday." I replied expecting him to be shocked with amazement.
"HOLY SH**!" he said, staring at me with wide eyes, "That is WAAAAYY too much exercising time! nobody exercises that much! That's just not healthy! Madonna doesn't even spend five hours a day on her body!" I looked at him, he was thin and frail. He's never been two pounds overweight, heck! He's probably UNDERweight! he'll never understand this struggle I'm going through. "You know, T, I'm really overweight. One hundred plus pounds overweight. I just want to lose this flab! How is that soo wrong?" I asked.
"Yeah, well, apparently you also want to kill yourself! You're never going to get skinny working out like that!" T and I were obviously at different ends of the Earth.
We walked up t the cash register, all the shiny and pretty wrappers on the candy bars caught my eye. "Why don't you eat one?" asked T, holding out a Twix. "I can't. I'll gain weight from those empty calories. I'll get some trail mix." I reached for the bag and placed it on the belt. When my items reached the cashier he grinned, "Looks like someone's on a diet." I chuckled "Actually.." I began to say before T cut me off, "She an exercise-aholic. She's like, anorexic." the cashier examined my physique, "I wouldn't say 'anorexic'. " Wow. Two people ragging on me at once! what am I? A-Rod? leave me alone! I wanted to scream at them really bad, "YOU'RE BOTH SCUM SUCKING WASTES OF SPACE!!" But istead I said "Okay, enough about me.." I paid for my things and headed to the car where my Mom was waiting. I got in and she looked through my bag. "Whey protein? what's that? It's not a diet pill, IS IT?"
"No, mom. It's just a shake powder. Like SlimFast."
My mom shook her head, "You girls are just alike! always obsessed with what your little bodies look like. Like anyone cares!"
I thought to myself, "Obviously, people care otherwise we wouldn't think Halle Berry was the sexiest woman, it'd be Kristie Alley."
My mom and I drove off in the opposite direction of T. Our ride was silent. Nothing said between each other. Finally she sighed.
"So, are you interested in getting a boyfriend soon?"
I rolled my eyes. I couldn't believe she says no one cares then she starts the 'If you just.." speech on me.
"A lot of guys would be interested in you, if you just lost a few more pounds."
I rolled my eyes again.
"And, I you just were a little more outgoing you'd meet a few more nice guys for potential suitors."
"I guess I need to lose some weight, then." I said, staring out the window.
"No, no, no! that's not at all what I'm saying!"
she said, pulling into our driveway, "You just need to be yourself!"
Really? well, this fat is not me, therefore, I'm not being myself. Every piece of her advice contradicts it's self.
I'm not that attractive to boys beyond a friend. I'm not worried about changing that status for a while. I am, however, worried about living long enough to be able to change that someday. I just need to do one thing right now.
I need to lose weight.

Slippin' in, slippin' out
*sigh* I bet The Biggest Losers never have this problem. But, at least I'm not gaining!
Although, technically, I did gain two pounds but, I lost them.
I heard about a strange conspiracy that, you're body will decide what weight it wants to function at. Example, If you went up twenty pounds and lived life with them for a good amount of time, you'd have a bit of a struggle trying to get them off because you're body was so used to having them to function with.
I wonder if this could apply to me? I don't think so. I've been overweight my entire life. No Lizie!
I was one pound over the average birth weight when I was born! 8lbs. 7 oz.
How did that happen? I started this life overweight?! No Fair!
It's times like these I wish I could get a "Get out of Jail free" card like in Monopoly.
I don't know what to do. I'm pooped from stair walking.

Moooooviiinnnnnngggg.................

Hey there folks, I've got some, uh, I guess news. It's good news for me but, it's news for you guys.
Anyhoo, We're (My family and I) moving to a new house with 2 acres and a 1 1/2 story house with a basement. Sounds cool, no? It's a really nice house, with low hanging light fixtures you run into! (See picture #2) It was built in the 1920's and has a lot of nice architecture. Just an all around awesome abode.
Now, during this move, I know I'll be burning a lot of calories walking up and down stairs, hauling beds around, and dancing with joy when it's all done. BUT, you know what I SEE here? A CHANCE TO BURN EVEN MORE CALORIES!! If I say, do one of my workouts in the morning, and then work like a crazed animal to move in, then do a relaxing yet strenuous yoga session at the end, I will be in PEAK condition.
Imagine me sweaty and built like the Govenator, then, put Jennifer Aniston's hair on me and add that dress Kate Winslet wore to the Oscars in 2009 and PRESTO! You've got my dream me on a piece of paper! I can see it now, a measuring tape that reads under 40".
We've been eating alot of meals homemade which is good, but I've still gained some weight. 2 lbs. to be exact. One dish that's really delicious is called like, couscous supper or something like that. I'll post the recipe so you guys can try it. I guarantee you will love it.
Or at least, not completely hate it.

Shower Epiphanies: The good, the bad, and the too lazy to try
For example, I'd always seen pilates as something yoga enthusiasts or hippies would do. Now that I do pilates, I realize how fun and challenging it is and I'm sad thinking about how much time I wasted booing it. It was hard to hear my booing mainly because my mouth was probably stuffed full with Oreo's or Cheeto's.
I wasted a good 10 years of my life before I started exercising. Even as a small child I'd prefer reading and watching T.V. to running around playing tag or hide and go seek. But, at the age of 10 I was getting to big for my trousers and the doctor was concerned so mom started making me do a little more outside. I met Shannon there.
Shannon had a life I only ever dreamed of. She did what she wanted when she wanted and never got in trouble if what she wanted to do was against the rules. Shannon was also big like me. Actually, she was a little smaller than me. As our friendship grew so did our waistlines and our parents put us on diets and what not but we still got bigger. Shannon always remained a size smaller than me. But, I felt good around Shannon, primarily because she could get boys to like her and she wasn't restricted by her size. When you're 13 and you say "I'm a size 14" it doesn't sound as bad as "I'm a size 18". Our friendship started to drift apart around the time she went into high school, between boyfriends, homework, and different sports she took up, it became difficult to keep up. Shannon does three different sports at her school: Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball. She's now a lot smaller than me, But, I always cheer for her. Shannon was one person who couldn't be stopped from being herself. She wasn't malicious about it just, she persevered.
So, I wonder what I would be like if I had caught the Shannon 'tude? Sometimes I think I would've ended up looking like Shannon, but I don't know. Shannon's straight as a line body type wise and I'm curvy and round. So, I think it's safe to say, I would've ended up looking like Charles Barkley: The round mound of rebound.

"I should like me, like me."
She was writing about self acceptance and how you should feel when you look in the mirror and what not, one of her quotes that I'm diggin' is "I should like me, like me.".
While she was all for weight loss, she was totally against it when it came to vain purposes.
While I will say that weight loss for vain reasons is not nessicarily the best way to go into it, I'd be a hypocrite. I'm not just losing weight for health reasons, -granted, that is why I started- I'm also losing weight to look prettier and sexier and more feminine.
I'm fabulous the way I am right now, can't really say I don't think I'm hot. But, I'd like to be 'Fab' not 'Flab'.
We do however, need people with views like hers to help keep all the teenage females in a proper mindset.
"I am sooooo fat." is something girls say to themselves way too often.
Girls, If you're 5'6" and 110lbs. you are NOT fat. You're a -pardon the description- weirdo.
You obviously need to get your vision checked or something.
I don't know why women in general have this view of themselves.
Losing weight when you -like me- need to lose it, isn't bad. Losing weight when you want to tone or firm up a little, still not bad.
But ladies who're 5 lbs. underweight and still think they need to lose 5 lbs. , That is bad.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got some Christina Aguleira to sing.
You are beautiful, no matter what they say! yes, words can bring yoou doooooowwnnnnnn!
you are beautiful, in every single way! no, words can't brring yoou dooooooowwwnnn! No, no, no!

I don't want to be anorexic

Tuesday, December 23, 2008
No more fatness!
My body can't afford it anymore. The stress put on it by being pounds and pounds over weight, eighty pounds to be exact. I'm not just fat, I'm OBESE!
I can't sue McDonald's, I'd be an idiot if I did that, I did this to myself. I was the one who chose the super fatty foods, drank the super sugary sodas, and ate the McFlurry of Huge Hips!
But, it's not just McDonald's, it's Burger King, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, etc.
There wasn't a fast food place I didn't eat at. Except Hardees or Carl Jr. for those of you not living in the Midwest.
I want to get out of this size 24 and into a size 14.
Here are my rules:
No Pills - I've tried them before, I never lost any real weight and gained it back after a day or two not using them.
No Insane Diets - I want to eat healthy and make that my diet.
No Less Than 30 Minutes A Day - I have to commit to at least 30 minutes of exercise a day otherwise, I'm just kidding myself.
No More Than 2 Glasses Of Soda A Day - If that much. I'm a full blown soda addict and if I give myself an inch, I'll take a mile. I've known for too long that soda is downright BAD FOR YOU.
Weigh In Once Every Day In The Morning - I've got to keep track of my weight so I don't gain back the 10 pounds lost. I can keep it in check and off my thighs.
So, If you're going to be reading this blog regularly, Thank You. If you're reading this blog and losing weight along side of me, Thank You and I hope I can be a help to you.
I want to give you regular readers and droppin' pounds readers a little information about myself involving weight.
I'm currently 246 lbs. and 5' 9". I am a hourglass and carry the majority of my weight in my hips/thighs and bust/arms. My goal weight is somewhere around 170 to 150 lbs.
Wish me luck!! :)
