No more fatness!

It's time to lose weight, and it's time to do it NOW! No more waiting around to lose it magically by time! I don't have forever and if I continue down this path, I'll have even less time.

My body can't afford it anymore. The stress put on it by being pounds and pounds over weight, eighty pounds to be exact. I'm not just fat, I'm OBESE!

I can't sue McDonald's, I'd be an idiot if I did that, I did this to myself. I was the one who chose the super fatty foods, drank the super sugary sodas, and ate the McFlurry of Huge Hips!

But, it's not just McDonald's, it's Burger King, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, etc.
There wasn't a fast food place I didn't eat at. Except Hardees or Carl Jr. for those of you not living in the Midwest.
I want to get out of this size 24 and into a size 14.

Here are my rules:

No Pills - I've tried them before, I never lost any real weight and gained it back after a day or two not using them.

No Insane Diets - I want to eat healthy and make that my diet.

No Less Than 30 Minutes A Day - I have to commit to at least 30 minutes of exercise a day otherwise, I'm just kidding myself.

No More Than 2 Glasses Of Soda A Day - If that much. I'm a full blown soda addict and if I give myself an inch, I'll take a mile. I've known for too long that soda is downright BAD FOR YOU.

Weigh In Once Every Day In The Morning - I've got to keep track of my weight so I don't gain back the 10 pounds lost. I can keep it in check and off my thighs.

I want to give you regular readers and droppin' pounds readers a little information about myself involving weight.

I'm currently 246 lbs. and 5' 9". I am a hourglass and carry the majority of my weight in my hips/thighs and bust/arms. My goal weight is somewhere around 170 to 150 lbs.
